Life has been pretty crazy here over the past month or so. Scott and I finally went on a cruise to the Caribbean! Unfortunately, I herniated a disc in my back before we left, but thanks to modern medicine, it wasn't a complete failure. In fact, we still had quite a fun time! (Aside from the seasickness and sunburn), the beach, sun, dolphins, waterfalls, meeting new people - it was great!

We arrived home just in time for Lacey to be baptized. It was so nice to have so many family and friends attend - it was a beautiful day! A few days later, I was privileged to have surgery on my back and have been forced to "take it easy" for the next several weeks. But thanks to Scott's wonderful boss, my family, and my ward members, I have been greatly cared for.

The school year for the girls is winding down, so there is a plethora of field trips, piano recitals, and award days to fill the remainder of the year. Josh is even being evaluated to get into the district preschool program in the fall - yeah!! We are all soooo thrilled that it has finally started to feel like spring here! I hope life is warming up for the rest of you as well!
