Continuing on, we were driving from Logan to Ogden when I started having contractions. Right away they were hard and only 3-4 minutes apart. I called the doc, who informed me he was not pleased that I was out of state, and told me to go to the hospital to get checked out. Long story short - too late - they gave me a shot to stop the contractions, an IV to rehydrate me, and several hours later, sent me home with orders of rest, rest, rest, drink, drink, drink.
We were planning on staying in Utah until Monday, but decided it might be better to be near home and doctor just in case. On our way home, we were able to stop off at my Gpa Lemon's house in Perry for a last family get together. The kids got to look for Easter eggs and play with their pop guns from Cabela's. All in all, a very interesting weekend. So good to see so much family!!
