Vegas Baby!!! Part 2!!

So here is the rest of our little adventure! On our second day we decided to walk up and down the other side of the strip. (I had a HUGE blister after that!) We went in and out of everything

from New York-New York all the way down to Treasure Island. We then crossed the street at The Venetian back up to the MGM Grand! It is a lot farther than you think! We stopped at every free show along the way.

(Before the water show)

First stop, The Bellagio- definitely my favorite! It has a beautiful conservatory, butterfly garden, and chocolate shoppe! (Also, smoke-free!) Wonderful!! :-)

The guy who was kind enough to take this picture for us did not speak English. I could also tell that he was quite disgusted with the quality of my camera. :-) Luckily for us, afterwards another couple asked us to take their picture with one of those disposable ones, so I felt much better!

A Chocolate fountain that went from the ceiling to the floor! Unfortunately, it was encased in glass! :-(
(During the water show!)

After a looooonnnnnnggg walk through Caesar's Palace, we watched "The Fall of Atlantis." Good show, but the cheesecake from "The Cheesecake Factory" was totally worth it!!

The weather kept looking like it was going to rain, but we lucked out! In Vegas no less!! :-)

Next was Treasure Island.... This had to be the coolest bike I have ever seen!

"The Sirens" of Treasure Island. The show was a little more risque than I thought was appropriate for kids, but still good.

The pirate ship actually sunk in the "river!" We also sat next to a real nice mom and daughter from South Carolina who had come all that way just to see Celine Dion!!

Moving on....to the Venetian!

By this time, it is getting dark. I love how beautiful a transition Vegas is from day to night. The people get weirder, but the sights are sill good!

The fountain show at the Bellagio at night!

An indoor rainstorm at Planet Hollywood.

Inside the Rainforest Cafe inside MGM Grand.

All in all, a fabulous, much needed couple's getaway. Thanks again to everyone who helped take care of our kiddos! And in case you missed it the first time, here is the car we got to drive there in.....
