Today my "baby" turns 10!! I can hardly believe it!! I still remember the moment I found out I was pregnant. The docs had told me that I couldn't get pregnant, so I was already 3 months along by the time we figured it out! I was terrified!
Her pregnancy, I got huge!! I will always get to thank her for giving me such lovely stretch marks! :-) I was induced a week early at 1:00am and she was born at exactly noon the next day! She weighed in at 7 lb 1 oz and was 19 3/4 in. long.
I remember the first time I had to dress her all by myself as we were getting ready to go home from the hospital. I just kept thinking how small and fragile she was. She was also the most beautiful baby I had ever seen!
Lacey is such a good kid. She is a big help with both of her brothers and sister. She helps out around the house. She is a wonderful student and plays the piano beautifully! She is kind to everyone and is the first to help someone if they get hurt. She loves sports and art and recently showed off her talents by singing in the school talent show! She tries to do whats right and make good choices. We are very lucky to have her in our family!! We love you Lacey!! Happy Birthday!
